Banana House is where we Dream of getting away from our busy lives in Naples, Florida. Our Colorful Island Home is the perfect Island Home if you want to just disconnect and enjoy lovely Roatan. You don't need a car to enjoy the area. Perfect for Family or Friends, with Lots of outdoor space with decks off every level.
Eco-Friendly
We've added a PV Solar & Battery System to the house that on most days can handle everything, including the Split Unit Air Conditioners in the Great Room and Bedrooms. There is propane piped (no replacing small tanks) in to the Range, Water Heater, Dryer & Outdoor Grill. On local town water so no fear of running the Cisterns Dry. These are only used for Landscape and just in case the town water goes down. Electric is included, unless you drain the Batteries, then you'd be responsible for the RECO bill.
Very Walkable West End Location
4 Minutes downhill to West End Road with 15 Dive Shops, 20 Restaurants & lots of Shops. Quiet location past the Tourist Area, Up the hill above Sunset Villas with off Street Parking.
5 minutes to the Water Taxi Stand. Taxis are usually on West End Road. Airport 20-25 minutes away.

Fully Stocked Kitchen with Gas Range. Granite Counters & Barstool Seating. All the Kitchen stuff you could want. We are adding to the items every time we go down.
We can't stand when there isn't anything is the Kitchen, so we stock spices, salt & pepper, olive oil, Coffee, Flour, Sugar.

We are constantly working on projects and adding to the decor and amenities, so pictures may be out of date, but reality should be even better!
